REIKALINGI DOKUMENTAI

Lizingo metu būtina pateikti galiojantį vairuotojo pažymėjimą ir pasą arba asmens tapatybės kortelę.

MOKESTIS IR DRAUDIMAS

Į kainą įskaičiuota: 155  km per dieną

Mokestis už nuomą nurodomas parai (24 val. nuo automobilio paėmimo). Mokestis yra galutinis. Jokio papildomo mokesčio nereikia. Į mokestį įeina: transporto priemonės civilinės atsakomybės privalomasis draudimas. Išimtiniais atvejais mokestis gali būti labai: atsižvelgiant į nuomos laikotarpį ir nuvažiuotų kilometrų kiekį, keliones į užsienį.

Additional EXTRA insurance service 

in cases of accident, vehicle theft, vandalism, car glass or tires damage, in case of vehicle registration documents or number plate loss. EXTRA insurance service reduces the responsibility of the driver up to 0 Eur. In case of the vehicle theft, it is necessary to return the vehicle registration documents and keys. Otherwise, the insurance is not valid.

TRAVELLING ABROAD

Travelling abroad by the rented vehicle is possible only with the written consent of the leaseholder. Travelling abroad without City Motors permit will be fined for 500Eur.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE DRIVER

The driver must hold valid driver’s licence corresponding to international requirements and the minimal driving experience of 2 (two) years. The age bottom age limit of the driver – 20 years old. People, younger the indicated age can lease the vehicle after contacting the leaser directly by email or telephone.

LEASING PERIOD

The shortest vehicle leasing period is 24 hours. Vehicles are available every workday from 8 AM to 6 PM (except holidays or under individual agreement between the leaser and the lessor). Under the requirement of the lessor the vehicle can be leased or returned on hours different from indicated.

COLOUR OF VEHICLES

Please pay attention that the colour of vehicle may differ from indicated in the website. In case no vehicle of the required make and model is available, the vehicle of the similar class will be offered.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT

In case the car is leased for over 3 days no additional fee for child seat and GPS is applied.

PAYMENT

Payments can be done in cash, bank transfer and credit / debit cards VISA; MasterCard; VISA electron; Maestro. If the vehicle is returned later than indicated in the Leasing Contract the additional period of lese is to be assessed. The lessor must inform City Motors about the delayed time of return in advance. Deposit of the vehicle’s value is required upon arrival of the lessor.

ADDITIONAL DRIVER

After leasing the vehicle can be driven by people other than the lessor holding the permission of City Motors and corresponding to the main conditions of the Leasing Contract (in exceptional cases additional fee of 3 Eur. per day can be applied).

VEHICLE DELIVERY

THE VEHICLE DELIVERY TO PALANGA AIRPORT IS FREE OF CHARGE (24/7)

The vehicle delivery in Klaipėda city (on working hours – from 8 AM to 6 PM) is free of charge. Delivery of the vehicle to Vilnius, Kaunas airports is additionally charged*.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE LESSOR

Full responsibility of the lessor exists (500Eur.) including cases no personal fault linked with the damage for the vehicle exists. The vehicle is insured from the theft, but the lessor’s responsibility is not limited. In case no keys and / or documents are returned, the lessor must compensate the caused harm. In case vehicle keys or documents as well as the number plate are lost or the tyre is permanently damaged the lessor is to pay the defined fee to compensate the harm. Lessor’s responsibility in case of the damage in separate cases may be omitted (except the high carelessness). No smoking is allowed in City Motors vehicles. In case the vehicle is returned with the tobacco odour inside the fine of 30 Eur.  may applied.

RETURN OF THE VEHICLE

The lessor obliges to return the vehicle on time and in place, defined in the Contract, to return documents and other items from the vehicle, belonging to City Motors, to inform about the technical state of the vehicle. The leaser obliges to inspect the car and to return the deposit. In case defects are identified and after the damage is evaluated the deposit is not refunded or partially refunded. In case the damage cannot be identified immediately, it must be identified in 3-5 days.
